Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to metro cities across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to check serviceability and see your delivery date before you order. We are adding new cities steadily, so if your pincode is not serviceable yet, leave your email on the product page and we will tell you the day it is.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Prices include GST. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders of Rs 599 and above.

Orders below Rs 599 carry a flat delivery charge of Rs 49, shown on the product page and in your cart before you pay. There are no other charges of any kind.

Dispatch

Everything ships from our own kitchen in Mumbai. Orders placed before 6 pm are packed and dispatched the next business day. During sale periods dispatch can take one additional business day. We do not dispatch on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time

Metro deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch. You do not have to take our word for it: the product page and checkout show you the expected delivery date for your exact pincode before you place the order.

Tracking

You receive your tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow the parcel door to door.

Packaging

Our products are food. Every pouch is sealed at the kitchen and packed in a protective outer box so it reaches you exactly as it left us. Please do not accept a parcel whose outer packaging is visibly torn or tampered; hand it back to the courier and write to us, and we will send a replacement.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, or something is missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Because these are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened packs; the full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Delays

Courier delays during festivals, extreme weather or disruptions beyond our control can add a day or two. If your order is materially delayed we will reach out to you first, not the other way around.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or delivery could not be completed after attempts by the courier, we will contact you to reship it; a re-delivery charge may apply.
