Questions.

What exactly is makhana?
The popped seed of the water lily, grown in Bihar’s ponds and eaten in India for generations. Light, mild, and it takes on whatever it is cooked with.
How is this different from a granola or a muesli?
Ours is built on makhana and millets rather than oats and sugary flakes. Four of the five recipes are makhana based.
How do I eat Nani Ki Panjiri?
By the spoon, or stirred into warm milk. It is not only a winter or post-pregnancy food, which is how most people meet it.
Where does your makhana come from?
Bihar, which grows most of India’s crop. The millets come from the old crop varieties rather than the fast-growing ones.
Is the whole range vegetarian?
Yes, every product. The green mark is printed on each pack.
Do you use preservatives or added colour?
No. Every ingredient list and nutrition panel in the range is published in full on the nutrition page, straight off the pack.
How long does a pack keep once opened?
Reseal it and keep it somewhere dry. The best-before is printed on every batch.
Where do you deliver, and what if a pack arrives damaged?
Metro cities at launch, with timelines and charges shown at checkout. If a pack arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours and we replace it or refund in full.
