  • Source of protein, 12.94g per 100g

When to reach for it. Everyday breakfast, kids’ tiffin box, pre-workout fuel.

Details

A breakfast built on Indian grains rather than imported ones.

Jowar, bajra and ragi are the millets India ate long before oats arrived. They are whole grains, they hold their texture in milk instead of collapsing, and they do not need sweetening to be worth eating. Here they are flaked and mixed with oats, almond, cranberry, raisin, pumpkin seed and melon seed.

No sugary flakes. No puffed fillers. Nothing doing the work that the food should be doing.

200 g · about eight bowls · cold milk or curd, five minutes.

Ingredients

Oats, jowar flakes, bajra flakes, ragi flakes, raisins, almond, cranberry, pumpkin seed, melon seed, cinnamon, rock salt.

Allergen advice. Made in a facility that processes oats, nuts, dairy, and soy. Please check ingredients if you have food allergies.

As printed on the 200 g pack.

How to use

Add to milk or yogurt, top with banana and a drizzle of honey.
